IMG Tickets, a division of IMG, the world’s leading sports, entertainment, and media company, provides internship and entry level positions to staff our call center and fulfillment center throughout the year. All positions are granted based on our staffing needs during the year. Internships are unpaid and candidates must receive school credit to qualify for selection, however we are flexible with school requirements for internship hours.
Our positions will expose you to all facets of ticket operations for a number of major sports and entertainment events throughout the year. This would include call center, fulfillment, box office management, sales reporting, and exposure to various affiliated departments & personnel. The primary role of our positions is to serve as a phone agent and provide exceptional customer service to all IMG Tickets clients. There would also be the possibility of travel to an event(s) to gain valuable experience managing on-site ticket operations, including walk-up sales, Will Call, and customer service.
