We will provide year-round box office management services for all aspects of your ticketing operations, including phone, internet, and on-site ticket sales. Our experienced staff will manage all facets of the call center with an emphasis on guest services.

We will provide a fully staffed call center with trained ticket agents. Our ticket agents will be trained to understand all ticket options for each event and up-sell ticket buyers when applicable.

Phone Lines
A dedicated event phone number will be set up so that ticket agents will recognize all in-coming calls in event-specific format and will be answered as such. This number will also serve as the primary point of contact for all guest related questions about the event and it will be maintained for the duration of the event.

Order Fulfillment
Our staff will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticket order fulfillment, including order processing, ticket printing, and mailing.

Database Management
Our database will maintain account history, provide accounting reports, and gather address information, including email. The database will be specific to the event and will contain all ticket buyer information and marketing information for future use by the event.

Real-time Ticketing System
Our ticketing system includes all hardware and software in real-time, including event seating manifests, ticket formatting, technical support, internet sales, and detailed accounting reports. We offer the latest in technology to include ticket barcode scanning at all entry points or special VIP areas and print-at-home capabilities for your customers.

Sales Reporting
We will provide timely sales reports to the event manger from your on-sale date through the duration of the event.
