On-Site Ticket Operations Management:

  • Management
    An experienced Ticket Manager and staff will be on-site during the event to manage all aspects of your ticket operations, including walk-up sales and Will Call. 
  • Real-time Ticketing System
    Our fully functional ticketing hardware and software will be shipped to the site for use during the event. During the event, we will continue to offer online and phone sales up until the night prior to the performance, maximizing your sales potential.
  • Sales Reporting
    We will provide nightly accounting and reconciliation of sales during the event, as well as updated sales reports.
  • Crisis Management
    We will provide crisis management for any ticket related issues during the event.
  • Staffing
    We will provide temporary staffing for your event or assist with the coordination of temporary event staff, based on your needs.
