Meet Our Management Team

Bill Pierce

Vice President of Ticket Operations

Bill Pierce has worked with the Ticket Department in the IMG Miami office since 1991. Along with Director of Ticket Operations, Brett Koch, Bill co-founded IMG Tickets in 2004 to provide another revenue source for IMG. As the Vice President of Ticket Operations, Bill has been responsible for creating a business plan, managing budgets, and overseeing long-term and short-term growth strategies for IMG Tickets. Bill also takes on the role of Box Office Manager for a few IMG Tickets clients, including the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Bank of the West Classic, and TELUS Skins Game.

A native of West Chester, PA, Bill attended and received his sports administration degree at Saint Thomas University in Miami. Bill, his wife Heidi and their two children, currently reside in Pembroke Pines, FL.

 

Brett Koch

Director of Ticket Operations

Brett Koch has worked with the Ticket Department in the IMG Miami office since 1996. Along with Vice President of Ticket Operations, Bill Pierce, Brett co-founded IMG Tickets in 2004 to provide another revenue source for IMG. As the Director of Ticket Operations, Brett manages the day-to-day operations for all of the IMG Ticket events and is directly responsible for two of their larger clients: Sony Ericsson Open and the Deutsche Bank Championships.

A native of Topeka, KS, Brett attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Kansas. Brett and his wife Lisa, married in 1999, currently reside in Miramar, FL.

 

Charles Garcia

Box Office Manager

Charles Garcia has worked with the Ticket Department in the IMG Miami office since 1996, when he started as a ticket staff member for what was then the Lipton (now the Sony Ericsson Open). Charles was promoted to a full time Box Office Manager in 2000 and has served in that role for a number of other events as IMG Tickets has grown. As one of the most experienced members of the management team, Charles is directly responsible for several IMG Tickets clients, including the Wakefest events, Samsung World Championship, and HSBC Women’s World Match Play Championship.

A native of Miami, Charles and his wife Trude reside in Pinecrest with their three children. In his spare time, Charles is actively involved with coaching youth soccer.

 

Josh Harris

Business Development Manager & Ticket Manager

Josh Harris joined IMG Tickets as Business Development Manager in July 2007, returning to the company for a second time after serving as an intern from January – July 2006. As Business Development Manager, Josh is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities for IMG Tickets and formulating proposals for prospective clients. Josh also serves as a Box Office Manager for select IMG Tickets clients in addition to several responsibilities for the Sony Ericsson Open, including managing ticket operations at the main entrance box office and serving as Group Sales Manager.

Prior to his return to IMG Tickets, Josh served as Assistant Director of Corporate Partners at the University of New Hampshire Athletic Department from July 2006 – June 2007. His experience in the sport industry also includes working in Ticket Sales for the University of Miami (FL) Athletic Department and serving as President of S.P.O.R.T. (Sport Professional’s Organization for Research & Training) while attending graduate school.

A native of Harrisville, MS, Josh received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and his Master’s degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami (FL). Josh and his wife Lauren currently reside in Coconut Grove, FL.

 

Amanda Perez

Call Center & Box Office Manager

Amanda Perez is the most recent addition to the management staff at IMG Tickets. Amanda began working for IMG Tickets in February 2007 as a Ticket Supervisor and was promoted to Call Center & Box Office Manager in January 2008. In a new role created to provide day to day management of the IMG Tickets Call Center, Amanda plays an important role in ensuring that our Ticket Agents are providing the highest quality customer service to each event’s patrons.

Amanda has extensive work experience in the field of Communications, including UMTV, WHYI 100.7FM (Miami), WDFN 1130AM (Detroit), and Hispanic PR Wire. She has also served as an Ambassador for the Orange Bowl Committee, assisting with the Promotions Team since August 2006.

A native of Troy, MI, Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, majoring in Broadcasting and Spanish Language, from the University of Miami in December 2006. Amanda currently resides in the Kendall area of Miami.
